Architecture Designed to Be Built

We design spaces that can be well built, comfortably used, and developed over time — from the earliest analyses to construction supervision.

Our mission

To help investors make better design decisions — from site analysis to the final stage of construction.

The Murako Approach

We do not design images alone. We create architecture prepared for the realities of the building process.

Kinga

Architect, co-owner

Co-founder of the Murako studio, she specializes in commercial architecture—industrial and service projects, as well as development investments. As a licensed architect with extensive experience in coordinating design processes, she prioritizes solutions grounded in investment realities, functionality, and architectural coherence. She pays particular attention to detail and the quality of materials, believing that these are what build a project's lasting value. In addition to architecture, she also designs her own applied art.

Marta

Architect, co-owner

Co-founder of the Murako studio. She is responsible for project management and coordination of the design process. In architecture, she is most interested in functionality, spatial clarity, and solutions that work well in everyday use. She believes that a building's timelessness stems primarily from well-designed function, not passing aesthetic trends. Outside of work, she is passionate about photography, learning Japanese, and experimenting with baking.

Engagement model

You Choose the Scope of Collaboration

Our “enter at any stage” system lets you bring in our expertise exactly where it’s needed most.

Full control

Each stage of the collaboration works independently — you can continue the project at your own pace and within your preferred scope.

Flexible approach

You can begin the collaboration from a single stage or entrust us with the entire investment process.

Full transparency

We clearly define the scope of work, costs, and next stages of collaboration before the project begins.

Let’s Start at the Right Stage.

Whether you are looking for a site analysis, a conceptual design, or construction supervision — we will shape the collaboration around your project’s specific needs.
