    Yes. We prepare executive documentation that helps coordinate construction, compare contractor offers, and reduce execution errors.

Collaboration

  • Do you help with selecting contractors?

    We do not recommend or organise construction teams. If needed, we can however help verify whether the execution is consistent with the design documentation.

Pricing

  • Can I commission only one stage of the process?

    es. Each stage of our process works independently — you can commission only a site analysis, building design, interior design, or architectural supervision. Executive documentation can also be prepared separately, although in practice the best results are achieved when it is developed by the author of the building design. This helps maintain design consistency and reduce construction errors. In justified cases, we also prepare documentation for projects originally designed by other studios.
