About this project
This single-family house, located within an urban setting, was designed as a thoughtful response to the needs of investors who value high-quality everyday living, precision in design solutions, and architecture free from unnecessary formal gestures. The approximately 350 m² residence, featuring a basement and usable attic, combines restrained, timeless aesthetics with an extensive and unconventional functional program.
The primary objective of the project was to create a home that is exceptionally comfortable and intuitive to use — a space organized with clarity, logic, and sensitivity to the rhythm of daily life. In addition to standard residential functions, the house includes a number of specialized areas tailored to the owners’ individual passions and lifestyle, such as a ceramics studio, private gym, sauna, and a comfortable home office. A double garage and generous utility spaces also form an integral part of the design.
The architecture remains intentionally understated, based on simple proportions, refined materials, and a balanced composition of volumes. Functionality plays the leading role throughout the project: open-plan living areas, smooth spatial relationships between rooms, and careful attention to ergonomics and natural light create a home designed for long-term comfort and everyday ease of living.
