This intimate complex of four modern single-family homes in Bieruń is designed with the comfort of the modern family in mind. Each building offers 117 m² of functionally planned space, combining minimalist architecture with the convenience of everyday use. The well-thought-out interior layout ensures a clear division between an open living area and a comfortable private area.

01 Plot analysis
Legal and spatial analysis of the area, soil subsoil studies.
02 Conception
Creating ergonomic, thoughtful floor plans for a family of four. Refining photorealistic visualizations.
03 Construction project
We prepared comprehensive, multi-discipline architectural and construction documentation. On behalf of the investor, we efficiently completed the entire formal and legal process, obtaining a final building permit.
04 Supervision
The project has entered the execution phase, and construction is currently underway. We are conducting regular project supervision and maintaining ongoing communication with the investor and general contractor.
About this project
The project involves the construction of a small complex of four modern detached single-family homes in Bieruń. This development is entirely tailored to the needs of the contemporary housing market, offering 117 m² of optimally utilized space.
A key element of the project was the creation of exceptionally well-thought-out functional floor plans, perfectly tailored to the lifestyle of a family of four. The buildings' architecture combines a minimalist, timeless aesthetic with everyday convenience, ensuring a clear division into an open living area and a comfortable private zone for each resident.

Architect, co-owner
Co-founder of the Murako studio, she specializes in commercial architecture—industrial and service projects, as well as development investments. As a licensed architect with extensive experience in coordinating design processes, she prioritizes solutions grounded in investment realities, functionality, and architectural coherence.
She pays particular attention to detail and the quality of materials, believing that these are what build a project's lasting value. In addition to architecture, she also designs her own applied art.
